Ralph Bräunlein. My background.
Socialised in the Taunus region with Southern German roots. First professional experience gained during training at Deutsche Bank in Frankfurt am Main, after the German reunification in Eisenach, Thuringia, and later, during studies, in New York.
Followed by studies in business administration at the University of Mannheim, including one year at the French Grande Ecole EM Lyon.
In between, I worked as a trainee in star kitchens on the island of Sylt, in Belgium and France, which have shaped my interest in the realm of cooking to this day.
Then the start of my real professional life: seven years as a management consultant at Bain & Company in Munich – plus participation in the MBA programme at the IESE Business School in Barcelona. A good school for life, both professionally and personally. It offered the opportunity to work at various locations with international colleagues and to gain experience with clients from different industries, in a variety of functions and in very different business situations.
Over time, I have found that my skills and interest are precisely suited to strategically accompany people and organisations in change processes.
I have been doing this independently since 2006 – with consulting services for private individuals and companies. Whenever changes are imminent. I am a convinced supporter of lifelong learning and executive education. This is also why I have completed certified training as a systemic change and complementary consultant with Königswieser & Network and as a systemic business coach with Hauser Consulting (DBVC/IOBC).
In life outside of work, I am happily married, father of four sons, with the centre of my life in Gmund am Tegernsee and everyday work in Munich’s Lehel.
Family and friends, hiking, cycling and skiing, cooking and piano as well as going to the stadium with my boys at
FC Bayern enrich my free time.
This is how I work.
With pleasure also with you.
No matter what phase of life and career situation you are in. We always start with a biographical interview. This is the basis for the content. This joint examination of an entire life path leads to a trusting relationship. This is the personal basis. From the very first moment I pay attention to create a comfortable, honest and at the same time concentrated, productive collaboration atmosphere.
My way of working for the counselling process ahead is characterised by: Common sense, good knowledge of human nature, a handful of proven concepts, broad economic understanding, networked thinking, honest empathy, emotional intelligence, regular change of perspective and a high quality standard.
